Our Baby Gymnastics classes create purposeful opportunities for little ones to move, explore and discover what their growing bodies can do.

Designed for children from 6 months, each class combines a 20-minute guided, child-led circuit with 20 minutes of Open Play.

There is no pressure to perform a skill or reach a milestone by a particular age. Instead, we create an environment full of developmentally appropriate opportunities and let children explore them at their own pace.

Once little ones are confidently walking, a whole new world of movement opens up.

Lady Bugs introduces new opportunities to climb, balance, navigate obstacles, build coordination and become increasingly confident exploring what their bodies can do.

There is no expectation for your baby or toddler to complete every activity.

They can repeat something they love, move on when they're ready or simply watch for a while.

Our coach remains on the floor to guide the session, explain the purpose behind activities and help you recognise the developmental opportunities available.
