Beginner 55 Minutes For New Enrolments
Our Buds classes focus on developing strong gymnastics fundamentals and helping every child understand that improvement comes through effort, persistence and practice, creating confident, capable gymnasts who love learning new skills.
Petals
Intermediate 55 Minutes Enrolment By Assessment
The Petals class is the next step for gymnasts who have confidently mastered their beginner skills. The focus is on skills such as front somersaults, walkovers, and round offs, building confidence and capability every step of the way.
Blossoms
Advanced 55 Minutes Enrolment By Assessment
The Blossoms is our highest level, designed for gymnasts that are ready to refine their technique and master advanced skills. The focus is on skills such as front and back handsprings, back somersaults, aerials, and circle skills on bars.
Growth starts with the little things. Climbing a little higher, trying again after a fall or finding the courage to attempt something new. These moments may seem small, but they're where confidence begins.
